My job describes coordinates and performs complex specialized nursing skills in the multifaceted care and treatment of a patient or group of patients (direct and indirect) in a specific clinical discipline to meet the desired patient outcomes and expectations. I'm also provides teaching, clinical guidance, and direction to Staff Nurses.
I have successfully completed Graduate Diploma in Nursing(GDN) course to advance my nursing career. Education is extremely important in advancing one’s career. With each degree in nursing or certificate in a specialized nursing program, one has more options for new opportunities.The healthcare industry is undergoing a radical transformation. As patients are spending less time in hospitals, there is a growing trend for nursing specialists to work in home-care settings and other domains. Today's Graduate programs are placing emphasis on new research and patient treatment methods.
